Well I got the okay to begin #running from my physiotherapist. It's been 4 long months, but I finally had a (very) short run today. So my limitation right now is 1-2 km at a time, and I can increase that by 1 km per week for now. So of course I ran 2 km today.
It went okay; my knee did feel stiff for the duration and I was pretty slow because of that, but I don't feel any worse off now which is a very good thing.
I see my PT again in a month so by then I should be up to 6 km.
