Folks, if you’re able and in one of the areas affected by heat: put out a cooler with ice, water, soda, and snacks, because so many delivery people and postal carriers will be coming to your door. It’s a great thing you can do to help folks who have to work in the heat to bring things to you!

I don’t entirely understand who Republicans are performing for. The ones who are most in the bag for Israel, no matter how genocidal Israel is, and are currently yelling about antisemitism on college campuses, do not care about antisemitism or students or Israel as a state or Jews. Many of them are either overtly or covertly antisemitic. Who is the audience?

@mcc AI sort of ate their business, so I guess they are returning the favor by feeding themselves to it. (I don't think LLMs provide an accurate alternative to Stack Overflow, but I think Code Pilot and other stuff shunted a lot of traffic.)

@thomasfuchs I wonder if there's something about him that makes him stand out as a target to them hmmm hmmmm hmmmmmmmmm. I can't put my finger on why they would single his review out instead of other ones that were far more brutal hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
