@luckytran it’s a losing battle. I am part of a patient program for#longcovid and no one wears masks, incl. In busy gym where rehab takes place, no masks on peak time public transport home. I feel like I am the alien, the insane one, like the science on #reinfection was never published.

Dear @feditips dear instance admin @JohanEmpa, dear explainers of the #fediverse, can someone explain to me how the #explore section is made up? I don't assume it's handcrafted by #instanceadmins clicking buttons all day long, but there's a shared #algorithm? Is it based on #popularity, based on what, number of any #interactions? #clicks? #comments? How often is it refreshed? Looks like daily to me on mastodon.green. Please share code!

@gerrymcgovern unfortunately people use #netzero without understanding what it implies and it has become the norm. Worst, we won't even hit the #netzero target (i.e. even unicorn #climatetech doesn't save the maths, wtf?)

@0xD @grayface_ghost genuine question from me too. Is the suggestion that AI will sideline what it perceives to be poltical content (wild guess: trans rights) or is it about anything (best authentic pastel de nata recipe?)
