@pitd wow I love that! I have been seeking out photo subjects that feel both homey (in a nostalgic kind of way) and also vaguely threatening. This scene very much feels like that to me.

I was standing at Van Buren and Clark, realizing I'd never noticed what a time warp that block looks like (the ancient signage) when this perfectly dressed man walked out of, say, 1978 and into the frame to add the cherry on top.

Went out for a bike ride with a new camera this morning. It's very overcast here so it felt almost like night photography at 9am.
