@benroyce Actually, the Harris campaign ran a very fast and engaging social campaign on TikTok and Insta - but they didn't own either platform. It was platform ownership (esp with AI, algorithm manipulation & censorship control) than content that determined the social media power play.
@phaedral what moral imperative...California has probably more in common with the democracies of Western Europe, Asia & Australasia than it does with the 'Red States'.
California - the world's 5th largest economy, a populous and strongly progressive region of the country it's still currently a part of and a Pacific-oriented entity - really should secede. #uspol
What an utterly malevolent and pathetic man Trump is: going into full throttle "they're stealing the election" mode - because he knows he's losing and the only way to try and save face and stay out of prison is to claim the election is being stolen.
#KamalaHarris has run an exceptional campaign. She's worked incredibly hard, remained joyous, stayed on message, comported herself with poise and class, built a wide tent to attract and welcome a broad coalition, spearheaded an extraordinary fundraising machine. The campaign org itself has generated spectacle & momentum, coordinated a phenomenal GOTV capability, cleverly deployed effective surrogates, run a fast and often humorous digitally-based media game. @KamalaHarrisWin
If #KamalaHarris wins the majority of swing States in the EC (likely) and wins a sizeable popular vote (very likely) - would SCOTUS majority still have the audacity to back a Trump legal ploy? @KamalaHarrisWin
There's the argument flying around that Bezos et al can choose to not have their assets endorse the VP because - unlike Trump - they don't fear any retribution. Um there's the opportunity under a Harris administration to go hard on billionaire's full taxable accountabilities and re-consider gvt contracts. @KamalaHarrisWin
Campaign brilliance from the #HarrisWalz team - sustaining their own momentum and impact (in the absence of a 2nd presidential debate) with high energy Atlanta/Houston/Kalamazoo rallies supported by big name surrogates & celebs plus focused Republican/independent outreach initiatives. @KamalaHarrisWin
New Yorker NY Times Philadelphia Enquirer The Atlantic Boston Globe Charlotte Post Denver Post Houston Chronicle Rolling Stone The Guardian Le Monde ...have endorsed #KamalaHarris
When you live in an authoritarian dictatorship - the state creates a culture of reporting on your workmates, neighbours, friends and even family members for any perceived disloyalty against the great leader. I really don't think MAGA understand this. @KamalaHarrisWin
His entire entitled life he's been given special treatment and - he still whines endlessly about how awful/evil/nasty anyone is who doesn't show him anything other than sycophantic adulation. Now at 78 - when he's clearly in major cognitive decline, going full throttle fascist and physically exhausted on the campaign trail - most of the corporate media will continue to run protection for him in a way they'd never do for Biden and certainly not for Harris. @KamalaHarrisWin
At 78 Trump is apparently exhausted and that's the reason his campaign is cancelling media and other promised commitments. During his first presidency he was lazy, working less hours than any of his predecessors - preferring time on the golf course and disliking foreign travel. He clearly lacks the stamina for the job; if he's exhausted on the campaign trail how can he possibly cope with the role as an exhausted 78 yr old? @KamalaHarrisWin
@WarnerCrocker some differences to 2020: a Dem POTUS and VP are in the chair; several of the battleground States have Dem officeholders with the ability to determine the certification process.
Trump is obviously cognitively declining - this practically means the ultra-extreme and massively unqualified Vance could (in effect) be President. This is something #harriswalz should highlight more. @KamalaHarrisWin
