    I was vegan/vegetarian from the age of 10-21. My health drastically improved once I started eating meat & whole foods. So much cheap vegan food is filled with nonsense.

    The family dog alerted my Dad late at night to a dude rummaging through his car in the garage. The guy went through my brother's car in the driveway as well. The entry door into the house was unlocked and the first door off the hallway is my baby sister's. My dad yelled for my mom to grab his gun and the theif ran off. The piece of shit got away and now my baby sister is scared to death :wario_angry:

    I set my alarm for 7, I'm trying to get in the routine of waking up early and making breakfast before everyone wakes up and then having coffee and working out BUT baby woke up and I fell back asleep and then I got back up to make coffee and get my sourdough shaped but he woke up again.. and I left my coffee in the kitchen :its_over_a:

    I love the Townsend's channel. I can't wait to use it as a homeschool reference and teach my children history through cooking 💓 I have a Tasting History cookbook with some really neat recipes in it too.

    I can only imagine. They have a living history museum you can visit right? Or do they just supply reenact materials and attend select events?

    I bought Tyler a lantern from them two years ago for Christmas. We love it so much ❤️

    Every recipe claims their bars aren't crumbly but they're full of shit. HOWEVER, these are absolutely delicious. I substituted walnuts, added 2 tsp chia and 1/4 c pumpkin seeds. I'll probably cut them smaller for my kiddos to eat easier. 10/10 would recommend even with the crumble.
