@mac84tv Good old 8mm, those are old. Heck many have probably moved them from 8mm to VHS which is almost not very practical today.

(Kinda makes me wish you would have recoded the episode with an 8mm, but I realize how much work that would be:))

@eniko I feel this is a very legit reason to talk about store monopolies. Running a store is incredibly expensive and difficult. Hopes of seeing alternatives are slim (unless they are fully unmoderated and thus full of scams and piracy), so this is a massive issue.

I expect corporations to be consumer and partner hostile, it’s what corporations do to maximize profits. But this is human rights, which is far more important.

For once I hope influencers could scream, this needs attention.

@davidrevoy I firmly believe that open source needs a full refreshment from the original “guard”, and I’d hate to see all the far more positive (not all old guard are bad people nor have done anything bad, but it’s time for a refresh) people get dragged down because of them.

Thank you for being one of the positive voices in open source. We can all contribute, big and small, to a friendlier and more helpful environment.

@Jaden3 Don’t stop telling these stories. It’s also important that we document it while we still can. Please consider getting a cheap stand for your phone, put it up, and just have a conversation about this with your relatives. So their stories lives on.

@mekkaokereke The problem with a guy like MJ is that you could post a top 10 moments/songs, and then someone else could post a completely different one, and you’d both be right.

Plus that whole Album is one of their very rare albums where everything is good. I think that’s the true genius of people like Quincy, they aren’t just exceptional themselves, but they see and bring forth the exceptional in others.

Truly one of the greats, he will be missed.
