We'll learn if a progressive populist Indie made it through the open primary by EOD today-- it's unlikely tbh, but turnout for WA so far has been very low (21% in 2024 vs 29% in 2020) and the DINO is heavily funded by IAPAC, so at worst he might siphon enough votes from MGP to force a hard left pivot as she scrambles for ballots heading into November.

@FlashMobOfOne lol yup been there. They're stuck in some sort of fear-driven loop, unable or unwilling to break free. There's a lot of that sunk cost fallacy driving it too, big egos are at stake. There is no way to fix this shit- the system is corrupt to its core, engaging instead of working towards viable alternatives is just sapping time and energy. Which is probably why all the corporate media pundits are pushing that conservative wishlist so hard.
