@Sqaaakoi i installed it and ran update-ca-certificates or something, the game doesn't use its own certificate store on windows
i found some old mailing list post that claimed to open the IE control panel in proton to install a cert to the trust store... but i can't get to the ie control panel in the same proton environment im running my game from
