It's the direct and undisguised demand by western states vis-à-vis Israel to bow to Islamist bestiality. How on earth can western democracies reconcile such a demand with their own understanding (and self-image) of what it means to be a liberal democracy?

The announcements by France, the UK, and Canada to recognise a Palestinian state is not the result of their leaders' ignorance. Far worse, their leaders know eactly what they're doing. They just waited for an opportunity which has now been provided to them by the Gaza-ISIS.

This is a helpful tool. It displays the UN aid deliveries into Gaza since May 19. Particularly interesting is the amount of aid looted by civilians or armed forces (approx. 85% of tonnage).

Tell me how catering to Islamist terrorism is morally better than supporting the state that has been attacked and that tries to not only free the hostages but the Palestinian population as well? Tell me how that is not rooted in plain anti-Semitism?

In fact, the West wishes nothing less than Israel surrendering to the bestiality of the Gaza-ISIS and its affiliates. Are you out of your fricking mind? Don't you see how the Gaza-ISIS plays you by creating the havoc for the Gazan population? You imbeciles have no problem bearing the plight of the Ukrainian civilians for the good cause. But with the Gazan civilians it's different? If you really wanted to help the Gazan civilians and those of the West Bank, you would do everything in support of Israel to fight and defeat this Islamist bestiality. But you don't. You flinch.

Right now, it is Western states recognizing a Palestinian state that sacrifices the hostages, not Israel fighting the Gaza-ISIS and a Gazan population harmed in that conflict.

Rewarding the Gaza-ISIS encourages it to refuse negotiations; expecting Israel to surrender to Western demands is not only a stupid illusion but a kowtow to Islamist bestiality. And that will backfire.

That is: Israel is expected to give up its nuclear weapons. Of course. Something else?

The “New York Declaration” is a huge gift basket to the Gaza-ISIS (aka Hamas) and the Palestinians. Among other things, Israel is supposed to accept the "Right of Return", i.e., the end of its statehood. As long as that demand is upheld, there is no way that Israel (can) accept(s) this proposal. What were France and Saudi Arabia thinking?
