@Rasp That's because there probably weren't wild “chickens" as we know them. A lot of the creatures (and crops) that humans raise are altered over time through selective breeding. So the ancestors of modern chickens probably weren't the chubby derps we've got today.

@Rasp Yes you are right. Even if you yourself do not have a defined success/failure metric you can still fail in context of others' expectations. That is a good clarification.

@Rasp Maybe look into donating some creations to neighbors, or see if there’s a soup kitchen sort of place that would be interested in you going there to make stuff for the clients? (Probably best not to premake stuff and bring it in since they can’t be sure exactly what’s in it that way.)

@Rasp Uhhhh you just posted about all of that baking and recipes for gravy if nothing else you can feed people and that is *awesome*.

@Rasp That is really cool 🥺. I can do that for some types of general cooking like for stir frying veggies and whatnot but I’ve never developed a talent for baking.

@Rasp I have been on a whirlwind of yuri manga consumption the past few days so I can actually recommend some things if you like 😉

@Rasp And as someone who is currently going through a divorce and hasn't been intimate with anyone for close to 4 years… the desire for touch and companionship is *strong*.

So not to equivocate or compare, but I empathize with your concerns about not being enough or worthy of that kind of love.l
