I don't think Outlook for desktop supports encryption out of the box, and these instructions seem to suggest that it does.

Anyone know what the deal is with soda cans and heat? It has been hotter before and I don’t recall such widespread reporting on bulging and bursting soda cans. Is it because of increasingly thin cans? Lower tolerance to increased pressure or something? Or has this happened in the past and I just don’t recall it?

BTW, did not find USB stick I was looking for in the drawer.

@joeo10 I still go right to cpanel for most things. There's a lot of built-in memory for where things are. Although I don't generally think of myself as an icon guy, I am so used to some of the icons, I go right where I need to in cpanel for some reason.

I particularly find the setup for email and printers/devices much better in the older interface.

@joeo10 My Chase card went from 10.74% in Jan 2017 to 20.24 in Jul 2024.

The prime rate has gone from 4.0% to 8.5%.

I thought it was simply the prime rate plus some amount, but that doesn't seem to be the case. 🤷♂️

So far, my Synchrony store card (which I use for the 6-month-no-interest feature) has gone from 19.9% to 24.9% to now 34.9% (YES!).

My bank's savings rate has gone from 0.01% to 0.01%

First heard about #Kagi from @kashifshah and this week it got a glowing review from Martin on @linuxmatters , so I'm taking the plunge as search has just gotten so bad. Even if I use one of the alternatives, they are almost all just re-badged #Google or #Bing, so even if you block ads or tracking, the results, because of link poisoning of various types and AI/SEO the results you get even discounting ads, are awful.

I cannot remember when I last had to type it. Even while I was still on dial-up, software like #Procomm did the dialing, but early on had to type it a lot.
