@AnthonyJK It always goes both ways, just not over the shortest timescales. I used to be the one asking for help, for years on end. Now I don't need it and can even donate sometimes. That's the foundation of mutual aid imo.

1) There was a talk at my local library about the history of transgender medicine in the USA. Given by a doctor who has a practice here.

2) My mom went. She said it was packed, standing room only.

3) Mom signed up to provide free temporary housing for trans people who travel from far away to get treatment at the clinic.
