Thanks to @sarajw and a lot of flux I was able to get rid of that short and it now gets discovered properly.

I feel content to show some progress here.

Finally started building that nice keyboard which was laying around for waaaay too long now.

The soldering of the controller part went well for the most part, but the computer crashed during the first test.
On the Mac behind a docking station, I only get an error message saying that the USB device is consuming too much power.

Next: the diodes. That they are so present is what I liked most about this keyboard.
Good thing it’s way easier to solder them than the controller was.

15 years ago today the "microblogging conference 09" happened in Hamburg #mbc09

This is the highpoint of my "microblogging journey" where I even had a dedicated blog about microblogging, blogulus.de. Ah, good times, discovering identi.ca and status.net and even meeting @evan himself.

Too bad the identi.ca shirts he had left didn't fit.

And I miss CemB. The current revival of blogging and the development of the fediverse would have made him very happy.

@andycarolan @fromjason all my favorites like @aral's kitten, omg.lol, kagi small web, permacomputing and solarpunk.

This is the inspiring way to go forward in and with the internet. At least for me.
