@Gargron Hi! Thanks for all the work! Regarding the pre-arbitration section of our new TOA, in the passage "The Notice to the Instance shall be sent to N/A with a paper copy to N/A" who is "N/A?"

Also, can anyone briefly explain the reasoning of "perpetuity" in the data-retention clauses?

@muzej fun fact for San Franciscans: there's a functioning Vectrex on the upstairs bar at DNA Lounge @dnalounge. If you express the least bit of silent interest in it the bartenders will silently power it on :). My elementary school library had a donated Vectrex but I hadn't played one since.
