March 27, 2014- 🇳🇿Scientists in New Zealand and internationally are now convinced that the prevalence of Long Covid is likely to increase.

"That's a reason to take preventive action.”

"There's been a lot of optimism that it will just go away, and we're now seeing very firm evidence that that is not going to happen." -

March 20, 2024. I’ve been reading anecdotal Covid related posts since 2020 and they don’t seem to be getting any milder or better. I can’t imagine where we’ll be in just a few years from now. 🤷♂️ It’s a slow outta-control COVID train wreck that no one wants to talk about…

    - Related: March 17, 2024- “..what #SARSCoV2 does is not only infect the brain, but it actually replicates inside the neurons. Few viruses replicate inside neurons; they usually infect and propagate in other cell types.” “.. What you see inside these neurons is double-stranded RNA. This is the site of active replication for the virus. It is not spike protein or something else that can come in a vaccine. It is active viral production.” -Danielle Beckman Neuroscientist, M.S, Ph.D.

Not a Trump supporter but anyone can verify that the president appoints and controls not only the head of the Health and Human Services department, currently Xavier Becerra, but also the head of the CDC, Mandy Cohen who formally worked as the chief operating officer and chief of staff at the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services under the Obama administration. Pretending The Biden Administration didn’t directly influence this big decision in a presidential election year is ignorant.

Feb/21/24 - “Here, using viral sequence data collected as part of a national infection survey, we identified 381 individuals with SARS-CoV-2 RNA at high titre persisting for at least 30 days, of which 54 had viral RNA persisting at least 60 days. We refer to these as ‘persistent infections’ as available evidence suggests that they represent ongoing viral replication, although the persistence of non-replicating RNA cannot be ruled out in all.” -https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-024-07029-4

Dozens of people I knew died from AIDS in the 80s, and it was horrible. There are comparisons that can be made with Covid like they both start out with “mild” flu like symptoms, cause damage to the immune system etc., our governments pretend it’s not happening, lies about the true numbers and “others” the victims because “it largely only affects a certain minority or demographic”. -My point is that we’re just starting year five since Covid arrived and according to the latest update in The Economist, it may have already killed 35 million people. Look how many people AIDS has killed since the AIDS epidemic started. In 2022 the total number was roughly 40 million. Almost as many people as Covid has already (possibly) killed in just under 5 years. 🤷♂️ https://www.unaids.org/en/resources/fact-sheet
