@BeAware Right there with you, I'd be a lot more on board with a constructive political conversation, but right now it's all about who had the best zingers on TV or social.

@BeAware yo I miss having Minecraft time lol, during covid I would spend most of my day playing it, then I realized how serious the other people on my server were once I had to go back to work and they were still playing all day.

@BeAware have you ever tried Namecheap? Been using them for years and never had a single issue, and their support is quick, friendly and helpful.

@BeAware well a friend has been getting me into Star Citizen, open world multiplayer "MMO" type games are nice because you can put the game down whenever needed, and come back as you please.

@BeAware I used to be able to socialize over video games, but as I get older life gets too busy lol if I'm playing video games they are usually single player because I need to be able to put down the game at a moments notice because I have other, more important things to do.

@Tengohipo @BeAware *nervous* lol I follow the both of you at least, I could be better at following the people who I interact with though, but I just find myself following hashtags for the things I like, and it keeps my home timeline pretty active. @BeAware I'm perfectly fine tipping restaurant servers but I do it in cash, my problem is with retail shops that spin the ipad around when all they did was scan the product and put it in a bag. They won't get a tip from me lol

@BeAware @lonelyowl I only ban blatant hate, but honestly I had that only once in the year this server has been up. Nuanced political issues are fine as long as people aren't being dicks about it lol I'm extremely apolitical.

@BeAware I think a lot of that has to do with people thinking they will only have good reach if they are on the "flagship instance".

@BeAware it's definitely calmed down a bit, I was notified any time someone reported me and the comment was always like "steals art from other people" lol hasn't happened in months.

@BeAware tis the season, I left facebook and twitter around this time last election, hopefully I can drown out the noise this time around.
