Hello #MastoAdmin and those who mess with mastodon CSS.

Has anyone implemented a CSS tweak that brings back role colors back? Regarding: https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/29703
Would appreciate knowing where I could find that code or if you can share it.

Also, wouldn't it be ideal that this was the behavior out of the box? Why else provide the role color option? Should I open an issue requesting it or is there one already? I don't think I can find one? This used to be how it worked, since regressed.

#MastoAdmin not to be morbid but ... do you all have plans in place as far as what happens to your instance / servers if you pass?

Probably depends on size of instance and how many are or willing to help take over? Or just spin it down and tell everyone to leave? Would be optimal to have a communication plan in place for such an event.
Such admins would also need registrar-level access / ability to assume too.

Edit: Apparently it's intentional. It's a callback to Luna Park which was open 1905-1909, back when Pittsburgh was spelled Pittsburg from 1891-1911 (but was spelled with an -h from 1758-1905, and then again after 1909).

@mjgardner @NanoRaptor I swear we spend more time learning about the revolving door of who’s coming and going in management than doing our actual jobs.
These people all trying to sell themselves and feel important with their flavor-of-the-quarter pet project (all while causing absolute mayhem for everyone else)... meanwhile all that shit goes thrown out the window the next month when the musical heads all roll again.

I sometimes provide more info or context to stuff in the pic, as it's kinda awkward to try to describe 4 pics in the main body of post.
Also if I am describing what is seen, I try to do so in a way that would make sense if one couldn't see, so maybe it’s a lil awkward to read sometimes.
But anyway, try reading folks’ alt text / desc more! Uncover a whole new world.
