That's what I've heard from several people, that a user block will not prevent the user's posts from flowing to the "blocked" instance. An instance level block is required to prevent that, contrary to what many, including Eugen, are saying.

A question about the answer to question 1: “1) A boosts B's post. Now M CAN see B's post.”

What if a user on instance B has domain M blocked. In this situation, would B’s post, boosted by A, be visible to M?
