Back when i still used to smoke my wife bought me a Zippo as a gift.

It's not really meant as a daily driver imho but for special occasions when you'r suited up.

My boss gives everyone Excel lessons whenever you have to present some data about licences/finances/etc...

He's only interested in the formatting and the formulas, the content is secondary at best.

It's quite nice, i get signatures for almost everything.
My Excel sheets are bad on purpose.

It's almost the same here in austria.
Those regulations are because you could be a lazy person who just doesn't want to work or even worse, a foreigner who has a deal with a doctor to get free healthcare.
Imagine, an AUSLÄNDER getting stuff.
