this really doesn't wanna work... first the rotation thing wasn't working, so I submitted a bug report on peertube's github and now on the latest release I get a transcoding error instead :neofox_googly_shocked:
@puniko can you check if there's error logs relating to this upload? been asking to check on github, but I don't think Peertube shows that kinda stuff to a regular user :neofox_floof:

you never know what you get when youtube randomly recommends a 10 year old "Portal 2 Glitch" video with almost no views, it's always either something everyone knows about these days or an insane find that'll bring a huge improvement to some speedrun category... usually the first tho :neofox_floof:
*paws at signal* hey can you send my message? :neofox_pleading: *paws at signal* pretty please? :neofox_pleading: *paws at signal* why are you being mean? :neofox_pleading:
@puniko I investigated more and ffmpeg may be innocent, it's just the peertube player trying its best by supporting a rarely used feature (rotation in steam_side_data instead of metadata) that neither VLC nor ffmpeg seem to support this way
edit: why did sharkey attach a random post instead of the one I copied?
@puniko do you want a fopi registration request instead? I would love a place where I could upload backups of my important yt videos (mostly short clips, dunno if I'll bother uploading speedruns ever) but I don't like using so much of other people's storage space :neofox_pleading:
