Sometimes i really wonder in which fucked up part of germany you live where you need a screwdriver in you purse and stuff gets stolen in an instant.

I don't even lock my doors here and when i park my car i leave the keys inside because i can't be bothered to take them with me.

You're right, especially older guys (and sometimes woman too) are often very insecure at work.
They know their time is up, they often don't understand what's going on anymore and they channel this frustration towards the younglings.

Many such cases.
