day number 6 or 7 without caffeine. I don't remember at this point. I notice I'm falling asleep at night a LOT faster. I assume that's due to decreased anxiousness.
On the other hand, I'm still trying to lose those last pounds (only 3 left now) that I think will make my abs more visible (and it's looking like they will at this rate) but I think I've been on too low calorie for too long at this point. I feel like shit.

@gray I feel I should reiterate though that I've had difficulties falling asleep for a long time, and I mean laying in bed for 1 and a half to 2 hours just consistently every day. That's completely stopped since I ceased caffeine. I am usually out in 10 minutes
