@Genen Very impressive. The most I have done is 5 day. Topo Chico is good - no calories and replaces minerals, takes the edge off. You already know, I'm sure, it's important how you come off. Liquid, Bone Broth etc. Even for a couple of days. It's life changing. Certainly diet changing - if you let it. Congratulations. Very good

@Genen I do a 3 day qtrly, more or less. The benefits are astounding especially for a 74 year old. The older you get the more the positive effects. I think it is what is responsible for my stellar immune system. The salt is the other thing. I see you are already doing that.

Once the "war protestors' were drafted into 'mandatory service', as I was, that's where the real shit started. Protesters in 'mandatory service' can tear it down pretty quick.
