Day 6 of fast. Everything normal. Only different thing I did today was dissolve 1tsp of salt in water and drank it because I’m tired of having people say you need salt. I’ve done 14 days without salt in the past no problem but fine. No calories in salt so I did the salt. Tomorrow go to the doctor to get full bloodwork done.

Nazareno (nazareno@noagendasocial.com)'s status on Monday, 08-Jan-2024 11:28:14 JST Nazareno @Genen I agree. Interestingly enough, I pretty much started the same way around 2016. I did juice fast for quite awhile. I really want to do a 7 day, but for me it is a real commitment. The 5 day was quite a feat for me

Nazareno (nazareno@noagendasocial.com)'s status on Monday, 08-Jan-2024 11:28:15 JST Nazareno @Genen I do a 3 day qtrly, more or less. The benefits are astounding especially for a 74 year old. The older you get the more the positive effects. I think it is what is responsible for my stellar immune system. The salt is the other thing. I see you are already doing that.

Nazareno (nazareno@noagendasocial.com)'s status on Monday, 08-Jan-2024 11:28:16 JST Nazareno @Genen Very impressive. The most I have done is 5 day. Topo Chico is good - no calories and replaces minerals, takes the edge off. You already know, I'm sure, it's important how you come off. Liquid, Bone Broth etc. Even for a couple of days. It's life changing. Certainly diet changing - if you let it. Congratulations. Very good

Personally not a fan of Mexican water :) but I get it. Honestly give how well this year is going, I'm tempted to do this quarterly rather than yearly... I dunno maybe if I do it again in April and feel worse I'll go back to yearly, but I will say not having a sugar high or low is a great feeling!
