I don't understand the mentality of these people - I tend to err on the side of "don't intrude, and if you say something, be nice" when chatting to folks with any level of following. I always assume people have no idea who I am and am simply delighted if they reply. I am so easily pleased!
I think for me it'd be the completely unhinged nature of the comments that'd scare me. I'm glad I don't have to deal with that shit, and it's utter bollocks that you (or anyone else) does.

Watched a really good panel show the other evening, on ITV.
It was called 'Sorry, I didn't know' and was about notable black people from history who we generally haven't heard of because of them mostly not being mentioned in history books.
I had a good laugh and learnt some stuff at the same time. Well worth a watch!
