@Piss_Ant Me: "I really want to drink tonight."
Two drinks later: "I'm done."
I don't understand anything different! Interesting how brains can react so divergently to the same stimuli.

@Knight_of_the_First_State I had never looked up the flag code before.
"No other flag or pennant should be placed above or, if on the same level, to the right of the flag of the United States of America...
The flag of the United States of America should be at the center and at the highest point of the group..."
Well, at least we know who our new rulers are.

@Piss_Ant Works! I do half pure cranberry juice and half water, with a little bit of stevia for sweetening. The not-from-concentrate tastes the best.
I keep two bottles on hand at all times for UTI emergencies.

@ChasingWaterfalls @HebrideanHecate Agreed. It can be quite intentional, even when young. There are some very fucked up boys out there. They are not innocent. I know, my sister and I were victims of more than one.

One of my friends has so bought into gender ideology that he refers to almost everyone as "they/them/their". I can never tell whether he is talking about a man, a woman, or a group. It's so confusing!
I think this originated when he realized he was bisexual and started trying to date both men and women, but didn't want to reveal the sex of whom he was interested in. So, internalized biphobia feeding into gender ideology. He's "nonbinary" now himself, no surprise.

@TheWitchBitch I've found a combination of magnesium, riboflavin (vitamin B2), and coenzyme Q10 is really helpful (and backed by research) so I only get one or two severe migraines a year now.
Feverfew has helped me in the past as well, and I'm thinking of going back on it to see if I can reduce the number of mild-to-moderate headaches I get. Even though my head doesn't hurt as much as it used to, I'm still prone to them.
Do you take hormonal birth control? That gave me terrible migraines when I tried it, so I had to quit.

@stephagain Cooking is an important skill; it helps us be independent, healthy, and save money. It's no flex for someone to brag they can't do it.
