- Embed this notice@TheWitchBitch I've found a combination of magnesium, riboflavin (vitamin B2), and coenzyme Q10 is really helpful (and backed by research) so I only get one or two severe migraines a year now.
Feverfew has helped me in the past as well, and I'm thinking of going back on it to see if I can reduce the number of mild-to-moderate headaches I get. Even though my head doesn't hurt as much as it used to, I'm still prone to them.
Do you take hormonal birth control? That gave me terrible migraines when I tried it, so I had to quit.
