   Oh I'm having another complex migraine. I'm so nauseous and it hurts. This really sucks.

     @Childfree oh really? Do you take anything? And what do you take, if you do?
     
     Online it recommended things like imitrex or diazepam.
     Seahorses are horses repeated this.

     @TheWitchBitch I've found a combination of magnesium, riboflavin (vitamin B2), and coenzyme Q10 is really helpful (and backed by research) so I only get one or two severe migraines a year now.
     
     Feverfew has helped me in the past as well, and I'm thinking of going back on it to see if I can reduce the number of mild-to-moderate headaches I get. Even though my head doesn't hurt as much as it used to, I'm still prone to them.
     
     Do you take hormonal birth control? That gave me terrible migraines when I tried it, so I had to quit.

     Well the migraine ate my whole day 🤕
     
     I just found out complex migraines can give you seizures sometimes. Really hope that doesn't happen. Probably shouldn't lie naked in my bed next time in case something goes wrong and I have to have the ambulance come.
