     "No other flag or pennant should be placed above or, if on the same level, to the right of the flag of the United States of America...
     
     The flag of the United States of America should be at the center and at the highest point of the group..."

     @Childfree @Knight_of_the_First_State I pass by a house all the time where the flag of the Ukraine is to the right (when facing the flags from the street) and just a smidge higher than the U.S. flag. Of course, this random resident of my town is not the President of the United States, who should be held to a higher standard of knowing better, but it has always bugged me.
