My evening thus far: I really want Chinese food but I lack the skills to make it. I should order some. *orders all the food ever* That should take time, while I wait I should enjoy some nice vape time. *grinds* *turns on vape and sees nice delivery man* *casually begins- wait... delivery man!? Already!?* *Finds pants* *Yells while doorbell is going off* *Almost falls down stairwell while walking past trying to put pants on*
In 1996 a song was released by a band named Primitive Radio Gods titled - Standing Outside a Broken Phone Booth with Money in My Hand.
This was a breakout single for the band, and ended up topping several charts at number 1 including US Triple A, and Canada Rock/Alternative.
The song is a passive and slow story of two people who seemingly can't make it work, I believe. The song has a lot of heavy samples and heavy urban sounds including airplanes flying overhead, bells ringing and musical notes that flow in and out of range.
The song was rather popular. Though I believe most will admit that it is not a very 'classically popular' hit.
Kids aren't at fault for shitty capitalism. I know they (Repubs) want them working in the factories and actual slaves, but we certainly do not need to make it easy on them.
Protect our younger generations, give them the tools they need, and set them free on our enemies.
You were in a :blobcat_nervoussweat: uh..."non denominational" org if I remember correctly? One of those...very aggressively religious uhmm...orders? :blobcatfearful:
I'm Catholic. It was a WHOLE thing for like...omg. I'll be honest, Fr. SandyBlonde is probably still yelling about it. :blobcatlaugh: I'm sure he needed medication because he took that shit very personal.
It's been interesting as the faithful evolved and as some stopped being faithful.
@RickiTarr omg I dropped my drink! Seriously, true story! I was watching and she did that and I legit dropped the glass I was holding and started screaming!! I was like, "omg omg omg"!
@RickiTarr love that Andrea Fraser got the cover. I would include Amanda Palmer in that audience. I've read about some of her projects and they are thought provoking and often disruptive.
I am an adult who is often required to accomplish adult things. Some of these things are simple tasks, bills need to be paid, cats need to be fed, execubots need to be educated.
Some of these things are less adult. For example, today I am having jelly beans for a midmorning snack.
Do you play fetch with your furry little roomie? Zara, my cat, likes to chase rubber balls. Those super bounce ones you used to find in bubblegum machines?
She runs around the house with one in her mouth. Batting them into walls and chasing them across the floor.
She'll walk up, set the ball down and look to me to throw it. It's very funny and we both seem to enjoy the time. I have had cats my whole life and I'm familiar with them. But I haven't had a cat play fetch before. I'm just curious if others have this experience with their cats?
I'm getting real middays of IRC vibes. Develop a chain network to authentic whatever silly project they hangers on are willing to pay for and use their money for the open source projects we want to fund?
