@fname I like the color aspect. It’s nice. It’s not super bright and saturated. The color palette is more muted which is nice. there are 4 highlight colors you can use - gold, blue, pink, and green. i haven’t developed a good scheme yet

It feels great in the hand. It’s about the height and width of an A5 notebook. The right side has sufficient gripping area with 2 physical buttons. I use a magnetic cover Kobo sells that sleeps the kobo when closing it. The cover also folds into a stand.

Sigh! Why does LinkedIn suck so bad?!

It's always been slow, but lately it has been worse. It's particularly bad today. It's crashing. Repeatedly. For example: I successfully load my profile. Then suddenly it reloads it self, and crashes. It's exhausting. It’s actively preventing me from getting things done.

I miss the TV show 24. Jack Bauer pulled off some awesome shit in the span of a day. More importantly, the concept of a show where each episode represents an hour of real time was a novel concept. We need another TV show to implement it — even if it doesn't have anything to do with CTU, Jack Bauer, or shenanigans executed against the US government.

You know what would be cool? A modernized word processor that uses an e-ink display, stores files on a USB-C drive, with magsafe charging, and a battery. It’d be a great option for privacy-minded people that want the retro experience, but with modern sensibility. Write their great American novel in a distraction free experience, and no internet access. Print it from itself when they're done - for a fraction of the cost of a Mac or PC
