Saw #Yves performing in Melbourne last night and it was a delight.

Small venue (fewer than 2,000 people), all general admission, but we were able to request accessible seating. It was easy! We had a good view! It felt like a special cheat code.

The focus was very much on the songs and vocals and beats, rather than the flashier idol stuff. No costume changes, not a huge amount of choreo, there were visual and lighting effects but they all worked with the Soft Error concept.

I was surprised by how the whole audience sang along with Loop and White Cat and some of the other songs. It was adorable and I think Yves was a bit surprised (but it was hard to tell for sure)

Apparently it used to be possible to watch M Countdown livestreaming on youtube, or on their official website.

But the only livestream that I can find of it today is on the Mnet Plus app on my phone, and it won't let me cast to another device. I don't want to watch it on my phone for fucks sake.

Do I know anyone who's watched M Countdown live *recently*, say in the last month or so? If so, what platform did you use to do it?

Felt like they're trying to make a song that might get more airplay in some US markets I guess??

But I'm starting to like the song on its own merits now.

@cinderdazzle612 that's an interesting idea and it might work for some kinds of nails?? but I'm sure it won't work for builder gel (aka biab) which is the kind I always get. The builder part is kind of like a dome on top of the nail, and they shape it by turning your hand upside down so that gravity makes the wet gel form a nice curved shape. Maybe similar to the bevelled glass of a phone screen? It's very strong, I love the way it looks and feels. But taking length off the ends and filling the gaps at the bases would seem a bit like modifying glassware by adding new glass to it.

I have been thinking of getting some 3D flowers glued to some of my nails.

The flower-decorated suits in skz's Hollow MV could be good manicure inspo, if I could find good still images of the outfits.

Trying to take some screenshots but not really happy with the results. Han's outfit is probably the best choice for manicure inspo but I can't get a single good shot of it.

I love the embroidery on his jeans, the frayed white lace trim on the blazer, and especially the sheer blue overdress with the red flowers.

But can I find a single shot featuring all of these things? I cannot. Even the one short that's supposedly all about Han in that outfit is filmed from too far back.

Why do they put them in these beautiful outfits and then not let us look at them properly? 😢

Tomorrow is manicure day and I kinda don't want it to be.

I'm still in love with the current manicure and it continues to look perfect. But ahh I suppose my nails are getting a bit long and soon they'll start getting in my way as I type.

Tomorrow night we're going to see #Yves perform, and I was thinking of getting a manicure based on her look in the Loop MV. But I took some screenshots and honestly I'm not feeling it as much as I thought I would.
