I have some instant mashed potatoes and some ramen. I think I could cook the ramen without the flavourings (ugh but maybe necessary).

I also have some sourdough rye bread but don't feel adventurous enough to try it today.

I have some frozen bananas and oat milk and protein powder -- those things are all beige. Maybe I could make them into a smoothie??

I don't really have any plain crackers (of the low-fibre variety) or clear soups. Apparently fibre is bad?? Normally I prefer high-fibre stuff and whole grains, which may have been contributing to the problem.

Anyway I made applesauce with my solitary apple, and I still have one banana left plus a fair bit of white rice.

I'm not in immediate peril (I think) but will order home delivery or ask someone to bring me stuff if I'm still not better tomorrow.

My digestive system has been giving me so much hell for the last few days that I had to look up what to eat when one has diarrhoea.

Apparently it's only bananas, white rice, applesauce, toast made with white bread.

I don't have any white bread, but I do have bananas and rice and one solitary apple. About to try to figure out how to turn an apple into applesauce.

Wondering if maybe it's better to just stop eating for a day or two
