I wonder what Google wanted to do?

This is probably as innocuous as Chrome wanting to self-update, but Google of course has to do things their own special way instead of following established / safe patterns

@annika I could definitely see that, I live my life on a single platform very intentionally in part so I’m not dealing with too much of exactly that

@annika Funny I’m feeling that way inside tmux, it doesn’t give me anything I can’t accomplish between tabs and my OS’s windowing system, and it gets in the way of simple things like scrolling for me

For detached sessions I find zellij fits me much better

I'm finding that I'm really not a fan of tmux, I don't understand people who do this all the time.

I setup a fraud alert, but I still gotta call experian Monday to dispute the bad credit pull

In order to report actual identity theft to the bureaus I have to have a police report? I’m not sure how to get _that _ going

Up between 3-5am dealing with an instance of identity fraud~

@eric what social media presence do they actually have though? I imagine they’re not on fedi, meta seems like it wouldn’t actually reach them, do they have a bsky presence?

Also what support forums exist because I will gladly start complaining there too
