Normally, I cook the florets in less than 10 minutes, in a pot, so I'm surprised that it took you 20 in a pressure cooker.

You should look into microwaving, too. From experience, this will take about 5 minutes.

I could've comfortably taken a train (or a bus), but the public bikes are just as easy to find, and they simply let pedestrians and bikers share the sidewalk.

If one decides to venture on public roads, the drivers are polite and respect the priority of peds and bikers.

I've always enjoyed looking at this ornate doorway of an Indonesian restaurant in #MetroManila .

Their Sate Ayam is still awesome - tender, juicy, and smokey, tho the Tempeh Mendoan in the Gorengan platter is less crispy than I remember.

They used to serve kurupuk to nibble on while you wait, but not today? 😶

Glad that I got here before the lunch crowd, and enjoy the quiet of the outdoor tables. Weather is awesome!
