   So I came back to a half dead garden and, to my delight, a new sunbird nest! Yes, the sunbirds have returned and are rebuilding the former nest. So it is a true, they do recycle nests!
   My concern is that my aircond compressor is right above the nest and may scare away the birds. Does that mean I do without the aircond for a while 🤭😵🤪

     Are they the same birds from your older posts? Are sunbirds known for their "homing" instincts?

     @liztai The sunbirds on my balcony abandoned their nest a month or two ago but earlier today I saw them checking out their old nest again.

     @rakyat I occasionally see the birds just visiting but have no idea if it's the same one. If it is that's really cool!

     @liztai I believe the birds abandoned the nest on my balcony after another pair of bird tried to steal their nest haha, I actually saw them fight & chase each other around right before they abandoned the nest. So I can’t tell for sure which pair of bird is coming back.
