El hecho de que un modelo sea open source no garantiza que sea ético, transparente, confiable ni con seguridad jurídica. Muchos se llenan la boca hablando de IA generativa «ética y responsable» y resulta que terminan usando #StableDiffusion asumiendo que por ser #opensource es puro, limpio y cristalino 🤦
El hecho de que #ComfyUI sea una interfaz gráfica de #codigoabierto que se pueda instalar en sus ordenadores no lo convierte en algo ético ni responsable ni seguro, ya que sigue usando los modelos de #IAgenerativa basados en el robo y explotación de obras y datos sin el consentimiento de sus dueños.

They say such things as "AI art has no soul, feelings, or heartache".
