Big win for AI creators. AI work may be copyrighted as long as a human is involved in the process, which most are.

@FandaSin realistically, the ai "creators" themselves didn't steal it from anyone because very few people are training their own models. They're only using models other people/corporation make.
I bet a lot of people that use AI would totally prefer to use one that's ethically trained.
They stole it ALL from human creators.🤬
Hypocrisy if I've ever seen one.
@Kierkegaanks I'm thinking that the latest ai models have enough data to make something that's transformative enough to be considered original and as long as a human is involved, then it should be good enough.
For example, a person inputting a prompt and transforming the output several times and then using a filter in a photo editing app would be considered original. That's usually what I do with the AI stuff I "create".
@BeAware may be is the operative part here. The ai has to be used as a tool for the creative human and the output has to qualify as an adequately unique work
