@autolycos @chrisjrn @joncruz @SRDas marie sharp's is a ton better than other hot sauces but the acidic base still makes it very strange for me.

i concede tho that coming from a part of the world where hot sauce is not shelf stable, but rather made at home, perhaps changes the palate a lot.
