there's a couple genetic wtfs that might be hard to tell one or the other but generally there are two genders, and gender is real no matter what you or anyone else thinks.

I had a pretty good idea I was attracted to women in the 80's, long before puberty started. I couldn't articulate how I felt but it was there, and I recognized it for what it was pretty soon. Such preferences can come early.

That part is true. That is a public health issue that is uniquely mostly related to gay culture and relationships. But that isn't the only STI , or even the worst one that adults are giving to children. That's covid.
