@KitlerIs6 This is true - I went to my cities budget meeting and 53% of all collected taxes go to emergency medical services and 49% of all the taxes come from property tax.

In my state every single dollar of property taxes goes to bring laqueesha to the hospital for the 7th heart attack.

Also, laqueesha could go to the actual doctor, but is too illiterate to fill out the paperwork and instead goes to the emergency room (for the same care but like triple the price).
