The car clearly ran over someone's leg.but then when people start beating the car the person gets scared and then you get run overWhen this video starts the person has already advanced into the crowd in the intersection, sure seems like they initiated the confrontation, I also don't see them "beating" on the car, merely trying to stop it so again, you are inventing a scenario here without evidence.
