@adiz @kerosene I should elaborate that my original post is referring to the shitlib response to Trump's latest EO, where they claim that medical costs are higher here because those costs are used to make those same medical procedures cheaper in the third world, and they claim that Trump lowering medical costs for Americans across the board will "kill millions"
