Bad behaviour is rewarded with more attention.
Accusing your teacher of *insert -ism/-phobia here* gets the teacher in trouble and gives you power.
Not learning because of *structural/whatever* allows you to do fuck all with impunity.

Getting on gives you the least amount of attention and kudos.
Trying to work and learn probably makes you part of the *oppressor class*
