That's a play on the "you're not nice" that lefties use on X. Thing is: who determines that? You? What makes you a qualified priest in determining who is "too selfish"/"not nice".

As an example, the VP candidate you voted for signed a law that allowed his state to abduct people's kids to castrate them. To me that's "not nice", but to you it is. You can see how "compromise would be really hard" over such an issue.
