Modern ICE vehicles are already difficult to work on for the average Joe, and now they want to add hybrid drive shenanigans?

We're heading backwards in terms of car ownership. Eventually they'll be so expensive to own and maintain that even a Corolla is unaffordable for anyone that doesn't make a surgeon's wage.
