Our only plan now, is to act outside of the papal jurisdictions through Holy Tradition with organizations like Pius X. The only issue with this is, that we're stuck in the 1950s. Of course this is not as bad had current year, but modernism had its first victory around this time. Fasting is as good as dead, and depending on the country even Pius X is pretty liberal, just with a good liturgy.
