@MK2boogaloo @Witch_Hunter_Siegfried @ChristiJunior @irie @Dude Wotan/Odin was very likely a real man who led a group from the black sea region into Scandinavia. This is true of many "mythological" figures.
I will also remind that "demon" comes from the Greek daimon. There were good (agathodaimon) and evil (kakodaimon) and it simply means spirit.
It wasn't until later that agathodaimon came to mean angel, and kakodaimon meant simply demon.
