Ohh icic, at that point you might consider building a more robust custom TL system though, since building one does the majority of the work to build even more.

Like a TL where you can "select" what you want to see and it filters the incoming json based on what you set. This is coming from my days of making fedi-bots and what the API looked to me as an end-user though.

You could set the custom feeds up on a per-user level or as something admins can create on the sidebar. It's definitely a LOT more ambitious than what Johnny was talking about but it would be interesting to see what operators did with it :D
